Merger Details:

Effective March 4, 2011 O'Leary Global Equity Income Fund merged with O'Leary Global Equity Yield Fund, an open-ended mutual fund. The merger was implemented on a tax deferred basis. Unitholders of the Global Equity Income Fund received 1.012519 Series X units of the Mutual Fund in exchange for each unit held.
