Effective December 10, 2010 Copernican World Banks Income and Growth Trust merged into Global Banks Premium Income Trust. Unitholders of Copernican World Banks Income and Growth Trust received .879911 units of Global Banks Premium Income Trust for each unit previously held. This was a taxable event for holders of Copernican and had no tax impact on Global Banks holders.
