Merger Details:

Effective December 10, 2010 European Premium Dividend Fund merged into Copernican International Premium Dividend Fund. Unitholders of European Dividend Fund received 1.230920 Copernican International Premium Dividend Fund for each unit held. This was a taxable event for European Premium Dividend Fund holders and had no tax impact on Copernican holders.
