Merger Details:

Effective October 4, 2010 Energy Plus Income Trust merged into Sustainable Production Energy Trust. Unitholders of Energy Plus Income Trust received 1.2818 units of Sustainable Production Energy Trust for each unit held. Immediately following the merger, the name of the surviving fund was changed to Energy Income Fund. The merger was a taxable event for Energy Plus Income Trust holders.
