Effective September 30, 2010 Faircourt Income & Growth Split Trust merged into Faircourt Split Trust. The Capital Units of Faircourt Income & Growth Split Trust were exchanged for 0.954377 Capital Units of Faircourt Split Trust. This was a taxable event.
