Merger Details:

Effective March 26, 2010, diversiTrust Income+ Fund merged with open-end fund Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund. Units of diversiTrust Income+ Fund were converted to Series “A” units of Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund, based on the final net asset value for diversiTrust Income+ Fund. The merger to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
