Merger Details:

Effective March 26, 2010, diversiGlobal Dividend Value Fund merged with open-end fund Dynamic Global Dividend Value Fund. Units of diversiGlobal Dividend Value Fund were converted to Series “A” units of Dynamic Global Dividend Value Fund, based on the final net asset value for diversiGlobal Dividend Value Fund. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
