Merger Details:

Effective March 26, 2010, diversiYield Income Fund merged with open-end fund Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund. Units of diversiYield Income Fund were converted to Series “A” units of Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund, based on the final net asset value for diversiYield Income Fund. The merger to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
