Merger Details:

Effective March 26, 2010, diversiTrust Stable Income Fund merged with open-end fund Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund. Units of diversiTrust Stable Income Fund were converted to Series “A” units of Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund, based on the final net asset value for diversiTrust Stable Income Fund. The merger to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
