Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective March 26, 2010, diversiTrust Energy Income Fund merged with open-end fund Dynamic Energy Income Fund. Units of diversiTrust Energy Income Fund were converted to Series “A” units of Dynamic Energy Income Fund, based on the final net asset value for diversiTrust Energy Income Fund. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
