Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective June 1, 2010, O’Leary Global Infrastructure Fund merged with open-end fund O’Leary Global Infrastructure Yield Fund. O’Leary Global Infrastructure Fund holders received in exchange, 1.098816 series “X” units of the O’Leary Global Infrastructure Yield Fund for each unit of O’Leary Global Infrastructure Fund previously held. The conversion to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
