Conversion to Corporation

Effective April 29, 2010, Essential Energy Services Ltd. was converted to a corporation named Essential Energy Services Ltd. on a one for one basis. The conversion was deemed to be a tax-deferred rollover. An ACB calculation will be required for any disposition of the corporation involving shares that were originally purchased as trust units where the distributions included return of capital.
