Conversion to Corporation

Effective January 1, 2011, Big Rock Brewery Income Trust converted to a corporation named Big Rock Brewery Inc. on a one for one basis. The conversion was deemed to be a tax-deferred rollover. Since the predecessor trust did not pay any return of capital, an ACB calculation will not be necessary.
