Merger Details

Effective July 27, 2009, Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund merged with Davis and Henderson Income Fund with Davis and Henderson being the surviving company. Unitholders of Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund received 0.285 units of Davis and Henderson Income Fund for each unit of Resolve previously held.
