Special Distribution

A special distribution of $0.41 was payable to unitholders of record on December 31, 2007. Fifty percent ($0.205) was paid in cash, 1/3rd thereof on the last day of January, February, and March in 2008. Fifty percent was paid in units of the Fund, 1/3rd thereof on the last day of June, September and December in 2008 based on the closing TSX market price of $16.70. No fractional units were issued. Users will need to enter buy transactions using this information when performing a calculation covering this time period.
