Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective November 12, 2009, Front Street Resource Performance Fund Ltd. converted from a closed-end fund to an open-end mutual fund. Shareholders were not considered to have disposed of their shares of the closed-end fund by virtue of the mutual fund conversion.
