Effective January 22, 2009, Crown Hill Fund merged with Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund. Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust holders received in exchange, 1.30587 units of Crown Hill Fund each unit of Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust previously held.
