Name Change Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, the name of the trust was changed from Crown Hill Fund to Citadel Income Fund. If your sale is subsequent to that date, perform your calculation in the Citadel Income Fund. The exception to this is if you acquired Citadel Income Fund by owning the predecessor Crown Hill Dividend Fund. In that case, perform your calculation in the Crown Hill Fund to correctly pick up the data for the tax deferred rollover.
