Merger Details

Effective April 4, 2008, Builders Energy Services Trust merged with Essential Energy Services Trust with Essential Energy Services Trust being the surviving company. Unitholders of Builders Energy Services Trust received 1.25 units of Essential Energy Services Trust for each unit of Builders Energy Services Trust previously held.
