Name Change

Effective August 31, 2009, Great Lakes Hydro Income Fund changed its name to Brookfield Renewable Power Fund. For calendar year 2010, the distribution data will be maintained under both names. Effective January 2011, the distribution data will only be found under Brookfield Renewable Power Fund. Users selecting Great Lakes Hydro Income Fund after 2010 will be directed to Brookfield Renewable Power Fund.
