Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund, and was concurrently renamed Citadel Income Fund. Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund holders received in exchange, 1.0765 units of Citadel Income Fund for each unit of Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund previously held. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
