Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Citadel Premium Income Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund, and was concurrently renamed Citadel Income Fund. Citadel Premium Income Fund holders received in exchange, 1.1581 units of Citadel Income Fund for each unit of Citadel Premium Income Fund previously held. THE MERGER WAS EFFECTED ON A TAXABLE BASIS.
