Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund, and was concurrently renamed Citadel Income Fund. Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund holders received in exchange, 1.8629 units of Citadel Income Fund for each unit of Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund previously held. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
