Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Equal Weight Plus Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund, and was concurrently renamed Citadel Income Fund. Equal Weight Plus Fund holders received in exchange, 0.8028 units of Citadel Income Fund for each unit of Equal Weight Plus Fund previously held. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
