Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Citadel HYTES Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. Crown Hill Fund was the surviving fund, and was concurrently renamed Citadel Income Fund. Citadel HYTES Fund holders received in exchange, 1.7545 units of Citadel Income Fund for each unit of Citadel HYTES Fund previously held. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
