Special Distribution

The special distribution of $0.45 paid in December 2009 to unitholders of record on November 23, 2009 was comprised of $0.225 in cash and units in the amount of $0.225. Please note that ACB calculations for dispositions subsequent to this event must take this into account by entering a buy for these units.
