Conversion to Corporation

Effective December 1, 2009, Contrans Income Fund Converted to a corporation named Contrans Group Inc. on a one for one basis. Since the conversion was deemed to be a tax-deferred rollover, dispositions on Contrans Group Inc. where the purchase originated with Contrans Income Fund will require an ACB calculation.
