Conversion to Corporation

Effective July 2, 2009, Crescent Point Energy Trust was converted to a corporation named Crescent Point Energy Corp. on a one for one basis. Since this was deemed to be a tax-deferred rollover, any dispositions of the corporation that involved units of the trust purchased with a record date prior to December 31, 2005, will require an ACB calculation. After this date, none of the distributions were deemed to be return of capital.
