Merger Details:

Effective December 2, 2009, Equal Weight Plus Fund, Citadel HYTES Fund, Citadel Premium Income Fund, Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund and Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund merged with Crown Hill Fund. On that date, holders of those funds received units of Crown Hill Fund in exchange, and were deemed to have sold their positions at fair market value and acquired units of the Crown Hill Fund. Concurrently, the name was changed from Crown Hill Fund to Citadel Income Fund.
