Name Change Details:

Effective October 26, 2009 the name of the trust was changed from Global Plus Income Trust (operating as Premium Global Plus Fund) to Premier Canadian Income Fund. If your sale was subsequent to that date, do your calculation in the Mulvihill Premier Canadian Income Fund.
