Termination:

AIC Diversified Canada Split Corp. was terminated, as scheduled, on June 30, 2009. Holders of preferred shares received either $25.00 per share cash, or 0.745601 units of open-end fund AIC Diversified Canada Fund. Either option resulted in a disposition for tax purposes.
