Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective June 16, 2009, Sentry Select MBS Adjustable Rate Income Fund II converted from a closed-end fund to an open-end mutual fund of the same name. Units of the fund were converted to units of the open-end fund having the same net asset value. The conversion of the fund to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
