Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective April 1, 2009, Sentry Select Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Fund converted from a closed-end fund to an open-end mutual fund, Sentry Select Lazard Global Infrastructure Fund. Units of the fund were converted to Series “X” units of the open-end fund having the same net asset value. The conversion of the fund to an open-end fund was not a taxable event.
