Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective February 25, 2009, Strategic Energy Fund converted from a closed-end fund to an open end fund Sentry Select Energy Income Fund. Holders of Strategic Energy Fund received Series X units of the new fund on a 1 for 1 basis. The conversion was not a taxable event.
