Effective July 4, 2008, Select 50 S-1 Trust II merged with Select 50 S-1 Trust. Select 50 S-1 Trust is the surviving fund. Select 50 S-1 Trust II holders received in exchange, 1.0123 units of Select 50 S-1 Trust for each unit of Select 50 S-1 Trust II previously held.
