Merger Details:

Effective March 7, 2008, Sentry Select FIDAC U.S. Mortgage Trust merged with Sentry Select MBS Adjustable Rate Income Fund II. Sentry Select MBS Adjustable Rate Income Fund II is the surviving fund. Sentry Select FIDAC U.S. Mortgage Trust holders received in exchange, 1.1315 units of Sentry Select MBS Adjustable Rate Income Fund II for each unit of Sentry Select FIDAC U.S. Mortgage Trust previously held.
