Effective June 10, 2008, UBS Global Allocation Trust merged with UBS Total Return Trust. UBS Global Allocation Trust is the surviving trust. UBS Total Return Trust holders received in exchange, 1.0246995 units of UBS Global Allocation Trust for each unit of UBS Total Return Trust previously held.
