Conversion to an Open-Ended Fund:

Effective August 20, 2008, Commercial & Industrial Securities Income Trust was merged with Sentry Select Canadian Income Fund, an open end fund, and its units were de-listed from the TSX. Unitholders of Commercial & Industrial Securities Income Trust received 0.4438 units of Sentry Select Canadian Income Fund in exchange for each unit held. This conversion did not result in a disposition by unitholders of their units. The ACB Tracking data base contains the return of capital data for this fund, and its various predecessor funds, up until August 20, 2008. ACB Tracking does not track ACBs for open end funds. Subsequent tax information must be obtained directly from the fund manager.
