Effective August 1, 2008, Alliance Split Income Trust merged with Premier Value Income Trust. Premier Value Income Trust is the surviving fund. Holders of capital units of Alliance Split Income Trust received in exchange, 1.5816 units of Premier Value Income Trust for each capital unit of Alliance Split Income Trust previously held.
