Merger Details:

Effective July 10, 2008, Brompton Top 50 Compound Growth Fund merged with Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund. Immediately after the merger, Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund was renamed the Brompton Advantaged VIP Income Fund. BG Top 50 Compound Growth Fund holders received in exchange, 0.692406 units of Brompton Advantaged VIP Income Fund for each unit of BG Top 50 Compound Growth Fund previously held.
