Merger Details:

Effective July 4, 2008, BG Income + Growth Split Trust merged with Brompton VIP Income Fund. Brompton VIP Income Fund is the surviving fund. Holders of capital shares of BG Income + Growth Split Trust received in exchange, 1.013 units of Brompton VIP Income Fund for each capital share of BG Income + Growth Split Trust previously held.
