Unit Consolidation:

Immediately prior to the merger on July 11, 2008, the units of Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund were consolidated on a one unit for each 1.615694 units held basis. Consequently, unitholders of Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund received 0.618929 units of the fund for each unit previously held.
