Merger Details:

Effective July 11, 2008, BG Advantaged Corporate Bond Fund merged with Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund. Immediately after the merger, Brompton Advantaged Tracker Fund was renamed the Brompton Advantaged VIP Income Fund. BG Advantaged Corporate Bond Fund holders received in exchange, 0.577987 units of Brompton Advantaged VIP Income Fund for each unit of BG Advantaged Corporate Bond Fund previously held.
