Conversion To An Exchange Traded Fund and Change of Name

Effective February 6, 2008, Claymore Canadian Equal Weight Banc & Lifeco Trust was converted on a one-for-one basis to advisor class exchange traded fund units, and now trades under the name Claymore Equal Weight Banc & Lifeco ETF. Distributions for Claymore Canadian Equal Weight Banc & Lifeco Trust prior to the conversion have been included in the Claymore Equal Weight Banc & Lifeco data base.
