Onyx Trust, Series A-1 redeemed all of its outstanding units at a price of $101.73 per unit, being the net asset value as at May 20, 2008, reflecting the net accrued regular distribution of $1.73 and the return of the original issue amount of $100 per unit. The payment of the NAV was made on May 20, 2008. From the payment of $101.73, $28.59 represented an attribution of income. Taxpayers should consult their tax advisor to determine how they are affected by the final distribution.
