Merger Details:

Effective June 17, 2008 FA Power Fund merged with First Asset PowerGen Fund continuing operations as First Asset PowerGen Fund. Holders of FA Power Fund received 1.0527 units of First Asset PowerGen Fund for each unit of FA Power Fund formerly held. There was a deemed disposition of FA Power Fund units as of the date of merger. Therefore, units of First Asset PowerGen Fund received on the reorganization by former holders of FA Power Fund should be entered as a purchase at a price of $17.45 (deemed fair market value) per unit received, with a settlement date of June 17, 2008.
