Termination:

At a special meeting held on September 9, 2008, unitholders of Mulvihill Pro-AMS 100 Plus (US$) Trust voted in favour of terminating the fund. Effective September 26, 2008, the fund was terminated, its units were delisted from the TSX, and unitholders received US$16.9049 for each unit held.
