Distribution Note: No Return of Capital

New Flyer Industries has never made a distribution that included a return of capital. Therefore, the ACB is equal to the original cost of purchase. ACB Tracking will continue to hold this issue in our data base, but will not update the distributions until the company distributes return of capital.
