Special Distribution of Units

TransForce Income Fund unitholders of record on September 30, 2005, received 0.03241 additional trust units for each unit held. The value of this distribution was deemed to be $0.4781 per unit. The ACB per additional unit is $14.75 per unit and units acquired under this special distribution should be entered as a purchase with settlement date of October 14, 2005 and a settlement price per unit of $14.75.
