Special Distribution of Cash and Units

For unitholders of record on December 31, 2007, there was a special distribution of $0.77 per unit consisting of $0.35 in cash and $0.42 in units at a fair market value of $16.05 per unit. Cash payments will be made in lieu of fractional units.
